7-Mile Mid Afternoon Tour

2:30-6pm

Spend the afternoon paddling through the trees of Asheville's Biltmore Estate! This section of river is much less crowded and serene than the paddle through town, and gives you the chance to see the famous Biltmore home from the water. 

*Please note: The Biltmore Estate is private property and no paddling to shore is allowed. Average paddling time is 2.5 hours—if you're a first time paddler, or would like a shorter tour, consider the 4-mile tour. 

Itinerary 

2:30pm: Meet at Asheville Outdoor Center in West Asheville, (521 Amboy Road), park, and load up in shuttle. 

3:00pm: Arrive at Bent Creek put-in

3-3:30pm: Standup Paddle Lesson and Instruction

3:30-6pm: 7-Mile paddle back to Asheville Outdoor Center
